Have just recently watched Limitless - an interesting premise, the whole smart drug thing that cropped up in the nineties appears to have died a death.
And Legion - wafer thin plot, what, why, what happened, what for, what next? And more shell casings on the floor than Lord of War.
As for Sucker Punch

Is a top guy film about chicks and their inate ability to withdraw into multiple layers of reality when in crisis.

Saw Titanic 3D on Wednesday.

I know it's obviously just another money spinner for Cameron but to me really the 3D added nothing and in fact I'd say it might as well not have been there, still it's a pretty decent film overall as a 3D film though it is poor.

I watched the last three episodes of 'Luck'(season 1) - ironically, on the same day as The Grand National. It actually did seemed a little bit better, but the main plotline is still a bit too opaque. Perhaps, that is why I haven't warmed to it.

Just watched John Carter.
Have read hundreds of negative reviews saying how it is 2 hours of boring fluff with nothing going for it.
I came away with a head buzzing in a way I have not had since watching the likes of Return of the Jedi and Willow for the first time.
Brilliant film, good story, good pacing and some nice gore for a disney film
Totally undeserving of the hammering it took and I feel it is down to the lack of imagination in kids these days....

Browsing on netflix I decided to watch South Park for the first time.

40 episodes later and I'm still going, it's just utter, utter genius! The parody on high school musical, awesome-o, cartmanland, the release of the Sony PSP and many, many more.

Alien Vs Ninja. Really fun film with some brilliantly choreographed fights :)

Hoping to see it this weekend. Either that or Lockout. Lockout, good script. Battleship, SPECIAL EFFECTS. So, I think it will be Battleship. I'll let you know if you can wait.

Yes, BBC Drama (tm). Not what it was these days. All written by nepotic post-grads in touch with da peeple. It's the Wurther's Originals version of the 70's.

They are some good episodes you've seen there. I'd forgotten about the PSP one.

Have you seen the 'Family Guy' episode?

Walking Dead.

Im overly cautious getting into tv series as they either get cancelled due to lack of comprehension or move to Sky where I cannot and will not watch them.

Oddly I saw the last 2 episodes first and enjoyed them, now watching re-runs and i'm 3 episodes in. May have to invest in the dvd set as the multitudinous ad breaks are very annoying.
