Personally I love these games. I have Persona 3 three times (the original 'base' game, the FES version and the portable PSP version) and Persona 4 with the soundtrack CD and a (crappy) T-Shirt that came with my pre-order back on release.

I can see these games possibly getting pricier in the future as more people discover them and websites/mags do 'cult classics' articles on them so if anybody's interested, buy them now.

I've yet to play them despite owning them. Lots of great videos online though especially Classic Games Room Reviews. I bought them on impulse one day as i was afraid they would be hard to get ahold of at some point. Have a huge backlog of PS2 stuff now because of this. Oh & the 3rd Shadow Hearts game is another that is cheap everywhere (although ive heard its the weakest title of the series).

For shame  . I can't talk though what with my massive backlog of games

You need some serious time though. I got really engrossed in the Persona 3 series and must have ploughed in around 100 hours into Persona 3, 130 into FES (more content means more hours!) and I'm currently working through the portable edition which is a problem when the PSP's battery doesn't last too long :x

Just these:

They get a photo because of the REALLY ABSURD PRICE.

I got these at an anime con I was at over the weekend. I went into the vendor hall thinking "Ok, I'm only gonna buy small things. I wanna get the new iPad soon, so gonna try to SAVE money and use as little as possible". Naturally this meant that 5 minutes later, I'd blown about $200 on these.

Under Defeat has turned out to be quite grand.

I havent started on Monster Hunter yet..... I'll need translation guides for this..... but I'm very familiar with the series and had been wanting to get this particular version for awhile now (Capcom being too bloody stupid to bring it to anywhere outside of Japan).

Got my brand-new Tatsunoko Vs Capcom fightstick today. Looks and feels really good quality-wise but I've no idea where I'm going to put it as the box is a big bugger  . I should really consider these things before buying

A few of this weeks received games: (apologies for the picture, I cant find my camera anywhere and had to use the phone)
Image

So on the right there's 2 3DO games (Space Hulk and PO'ed), neither great but wanted some 3DO games. £10 for the two.
Puyo puyo Da! - complete. A Puyo Puyo dance game, apparantly... £5
Armada - complete. Another US exclusive off the list. £8
and in the centre a copy of V-Rally 2 as mine decided not to work half way through playing it.

The others, well, they are:
3 US games:
Hydro Thunder
Sega Marine Fishing
Gundam side story 0079
- so 2 non-pal games as well as one of my favourites, Hydro Thunder.

8 unsealed Jap games:
Pachi-Slot Teiou
Super Runabout
Super Runabout San Francisco edition
Pen Pen
Fire Pro Wrestling D
Speed Devils
Biohazard 2 Value plus
Biohazard Code Veronica complete
- 2 I already have, 4 which I have PAL versions and 2 others, but not bad.

10 sealed Jap games:
Biohazard 2 Value Plus
Illbleed
Gundam rise from the ashes
Gundam Rise from the Ashes Premium disc
Shutoko Battle
Shutoko Battle 2
Psychic Force 2012
Soul Calibur
Sega GT Homologation edition
Climax Landers
- Illbleed is the only game I dont have in pal format (aside from Gundam, which I have the US edition as seen above), but nowhere in the sale did it say these were all sealed, so that was a nice surprise! (they'll all be liberated from their sealed game hell in due course, obviously!)
And the total price for these 21 games? £45. Posted. Just over £2 a game including 10 sealed games? Bargain!

Also have a few more US and Jap games on the way, some star trek games due to last sundays IRC chat and a second arcade stick for the DC.
Collection coming along nicely :D

^Bargain! ;)

Another haul of dirt-cheap PS2 gubbins this afternoon. Went into GAME knowing they were still doing buy two get one free on PS2 stuff, so got the following pile of games I don't really need but just HAD to get:

99p, 3 for 2:

24: The Game
Telly Addicts
Barbarian
Hunter The Reckoning: Wayward
Gauntlet: Dark Legacy
2K Sports NBA 2K7

49p, 3 for 2:

The Bouncer
Play It Chess Challenger
WWE Smackdown: Here Comes The Pain
International League Soccer (for curiosity's sake, just to see what this Taito footy game was like)
The Shadow Of ZORRO
Gran Turismo 3

Got to the counter, manager notices I have a plaggy bag with a few 360/PS3 games in, asks me if I want to trade them in - I say I was gonna trade them in somewhere else, then he says that it's the last day of their special trade-in deal and I'd be getting a tenner extra on every three games I trade in. End up with £27 worth of trade-in on 5 'lesser' 360/PS3 games, one minus its instruction booklet, four of which I recently bought in the GAME firesale for 98p/£1.98, the other which set me back £3(!!) Was expecting about £12 max for these games from CEX or Grainger, so was a nice little turn up for the books, just have to make sure I use up my store credit quick in case it all goes pear-shaped again...

Also got the following, from various charity shops/Cash Converters:

Need For Speed ProStreet (PS2) - £1
Tiger Woods '07 (PS3) - £1
The Sims (Gamecube) - 99p
Tony Hawk's Proving Ground (Wii) - £1.99
Doom 3 (PC) - £1.50

I remember a Sonic cartoon from the 90's and they used the bad guys from Dr Robotnic's Mean Bean Machine, can't think what there names are... I also remember seeing two different Sonic Cartoons recently on Cartoon Network! The style of one looks like Sonic the Comic with the only other recognisable character being Amy, the second really nice anime looking one with all the characters from the cartoons and 'Robotnic' having various robots
