^Yep, there's a sequel (light blue cover), out on PS2 and Xbox, maybe PC(??) plus there's versions on 360, PS3, Wii and PSP.
Are there really that many versions? I never knew that it made it to this gen....will have to look more closely next time i go shopping. Cheers JazzFunk.
Will deffo pick up the PS2 sequel anyway!
The first two on PS2/Xbox are well worth playing and I love 'em. The third game for PS3 (Path of the Furon
) I sold on ebay a couple of weeks ago because it was terrible. Y'see, Pandemic made the first two then the series was given to other devs afterwards so the magic was lost. There's also the Wii game (Big Willy Unleashed
I think it's called...I know, I know
) which was met with terrible review scores. So what I'm trying to say is play and love the first two but don't necessarily bother with the others unless you can get them for a few quid each as you may not like them.
And the GBA Metal Slug Advance can't remember how to beat the last boss
I have the Jap version of that and I could never beat the last boss. It's the thing that fills the top of the screen and fires a massive blue laser downwards isn't it? Spent countless hours trying but I just couldn't do it
