Thats what I thought must have had a grumpy person serving me, which I fully understand as the GS here shut down then re-opened a week later. :?

I will be trying to slide out of work lunchtime to trade in all the 99p DS games I bought from game!

Some are saying it ends today but, confirmed at local GS it ends tomorrow?

I didn't even bother to do that. In fact I straight up told the guy I just bought them from CEX to trade in

Just taking no chances, you understand!
Was upfront to the woman serving me in CeX - she had no clue about Gamestation's offer and she used to work there! :?

That also told.me that you don't need to trade in multiples of three, just putting 3.33 on every trade

Stratford Westfield branch have one POS at the door offering the £10 deal but the rest of the displays and the staff are now offering the 25% extra on trade ins and no PSP stuff taken. Ah well - shouldnt have been so slow on the uptake.

Sniper Elite V2 is 40 quid in GAME on 360, it's 27.99 in my local ASDA. They have learned nothing, they won't last for too long.

Ok then, this weekend should see the ending of any special offers, so let's see how their prices stabilise. I'm betting they'll stay the same for at least a month. Right up until End Of Month figures are due!

Pandora's Tower special edition was reduced from £49.99 to £39.99 today, still £2 more expensive then what HMV are selling it for.

Had my headphones in when I went in today so didn't hear a conversation between a customer and a member of staff until the customer stormed out shouting "I would expect this from a car boot sale but not from Game". Another satisfied customer there...

No, I didn't. Weirdly, the original complaint doesn't seem to be in my sent folder now either. To be honest I'd forgotten all about it, but I was sure I'd sent it.

I noticed that Pandora's Tower was cheaper in HMV to when i went in there the other day, and its cheaper still if you get it online, crazy pricing fail.

Ok, Pre-Owned prices are definitely staying high, and it's again definitely affecting other stores.

CeX has put everything up by quite a bit too. Rage (the id shooter) used to be £8 but now it's £12. Games like Space Marine have gone up by two quid and games in franchises (Mass Effect, Saints Row, etc) have leapt astronomically. Fifteen quid for the first games up to £25 for the second. Ouch.

On the plus point got a few deals in GAME. Halo: Reach had a £17.99 sticker on but the guy charged me £12.98 instead. I'm guessing the computers hadn't updated the till price yet!
