Star Wars TFU DLC question

I have just downloaded the Tatooine DLC for 800 points. But how the censored do you get it to work? It is simply not there when i put the game on, I have searched everywhere. Please somebody, help me before I smash my xbox to smithereens. I really dont want to phone anyone from customer support. I am in no mood today to be antagonised by someone who takes pleasure in the fact I will not be able to understand a word they say.

If its like the PC version it should be listed when you choose "New Game", choose an empty slot and you should be able to choose Tatooine from there. I had to clear the game once to get access to it though.

Ok, will try that. I have cleared it already though, more than once. Its for my son, pain in the butt that he is Nag nag fuckin nag!
