I had absolutely no time to play this since last week, with visits coming over and a few problems at work.
I was planning to give the game another good go today but no... still taking care of real business.... it's past 8 PM and I foresee another round of pizzas for the team and no rest till midnight...

A bit tired but the session was good enough to clean up my chaining in stages 1, 2 and 4. Stage 3 is still a mess.
And I kept doing silly stuff on stage 5.

I should have done better than this, I was cruising on 2-1 and then got taken out by a stray bullet with 5 bombs in stock. Should have made it to 2-2 at least, maybe I can improve a bit before the end.

Edit: There really isn't alot more i can do on this game with the time I have. I've improved my Area 1 score to 840k but haven't really had alot of tim this last week to play it to the extent i need. Area 4 just sucks me dry and stupid early deaths cost me too many bonus points so I'm always stuck at around 3-4mill..

Anyway, it's been by far the best game of the league so far imo. Cave really are masters at the genre when you play for score. Alot of depth even for one of their early titles.

Sadly no 1CC here.. not even close. maybe try a few more credits here and there but been playing for an hour and not hit over 3.5 mill today, so gonna hang up my coat early whilst I still appreciate the game.

I just haven't had the time which is crazy as i've just had 11 days off work. Played it quite a bit but not enough to get anywhere near a loop clear..

Well played Mero! Since Akai Katana hasn't arrived I've been working on increasing my score and getting huge improvements in the early levels but whether or not it'll all come together before the deadline remains to be seen.

I lost interest in the league. Partly due to uninteresting game choices (been busy playing some better games), but also for other reasons.

If I wasn't in a good place already I probably wouldn't bother anymore, but as I am, I may as well submit a score - which I may do this evening.

Definitely over for me. Will try get a few credits in tomorrow morn to perhaps get up to 4th ranking but we shall see. Been playing Akai Katana myself.
