ISS on SNES.

Anyone have a loose cart of the original ISS they don't want/need? Not the Deluxe version, which suddenly seems to be the only version it's possible to lay your hands on, the original. I'll pay a couple of quid plus any postage costs.

have the original with box and manual, understand why you would want it cause this is the best footie game on the SNES imo, i find it to be better than the Deluxe version, have you tried looking on ebay?

Yeah, there's a few on there but if possible I prefer buying from people I know. Basically I have the box and manual but seem to have mislaid the cart, which is why I'm looking for a loose copy. Everywhere I go I find dozens of loose copies of Deluxe but I can't seem to get the original!

I have to agree with the SNES ISS being the best football game on the format. To date it's the only football game I've ever actually enjoyed playing.

I do see copies going occasionally, so I'll keep my eyes open.

I thought from the title this was going to be a thread about the ISS games for the SNES... but then discovered it's a 'would like to buy' thread which should obviously have been posted in Off Topic.

When I picked up the SNES version in Software Plus years ago, I got the original box but a Deluxe cart...

The pitch is green, but I wouldn't call it mint.

^ If you're only talking about the SNES versions, definitely.

You may think I'm biased but I do actually enjoy the Mega Drive FIFAs, but like many EA franchises the SNES versions just aren't as good.

Yes, miles better. I always found the 16-bit FIFA games floaty and weird. Personally I'd pick ISS, Sensi or Striker over any of them.

Not Fifa 95.

ISS was good, very good for the time but scoring from range was almost impossible unless you found the sweet shots. Ball physics were not great and it became tiresome easily.

I've got a loose cartridge for ISS! That said, I quite like it...would you be open to doing a trade?
