ZX Spectrum/Commodore 64 book

Out of stock in the Imagine store. Just found out about it yesterday in the new issue of the magazine. D'oh. Any chance of it coming back into stock so I can order?

Unlikely, its very rare for any of the RG productions to be restocked or reprinted, hence the issue 1 gift with issue 100. Best get to ebay before the prices start to get really silly.

We will make sure it's not advertised again. Sorry about that.

I wish I'd bought it when I got the chance, left it...sold out! Only got myself to blame there though. Starting to creep up on ebay, unless you want to wait yonks, bite the bullet and pay a little more than face value, and then it's done. :)

It is in the imagine online store NOW. Must've got some more stock from somewhere...but in any case, if you want it, get it NOW. :)

I just did. :)

Just got one from the Imagine Shop. Thought I'd been an idiot and missed it! :D

Saw a couple of copies of it the other day in Exeter's whsmiths, unfortunately they were so dog-eared and mangled i'd be surprised *anyone* would pick them up and buy them. Should have been 1/2 price or something, at least.

I've seen quite a few copies in Lime Street Station Liverpool and WH Smiths in Liverpool today and yesterday. Has there been a reprint?

There are 2 heavily damaged ZX Spectrum/Commodore books left in my local WHSmiths also. 1/2 price for them would be about right as the damage went beyond simple shelfware. Sadly, the Bookazines just don't seem to stay pristine in WHSmith for long. :(

Maybe people who use WHSmith should use the concept of parting with their cash and buying the magazines/bookazines instead of treating that place like a library! :D

When I didn't have a job, I used to spend around two hours in WHSmith's reading magazines

There's two good quality copies in WHSmiths in Oxford Street Plaza. For some reason they aren't with the main Retro Gamer & other console/computing magazines and instead are on a top shelf with books on 3D-Art and Ipad games.
