Double Dragon Advance better then the arcade version
Turtles in time Snes better then Arcade and 360 versions
Mercs Megadrive
Tekken possibly for all the FMV endings on the PS1
House of the Dead 2 Dreamcast all the extra stuff on home version

Well Tekken arcade was based on the PS1 hardware so the extras on the ps1 obviously make it the better version overall, same for most Dreamcast conversions as it was closely linked with the Naomi hardware bar less ram etc
The post saying Sega Rally was better on the Saturn because of better handling?! Are you kidding me!? You can't compare playing it on Mame to playing it in the arcade with pedals and steering wheel, it's so much better than any home version that way.
