The whole of the EU is the same price (I believe) and not much different to UK either.

So do I, purely because you get more interest. I sold my Xmen Vs Street Fighter on PS1 to an Australian buyer for £40 for example and that game rarely tops £25 if sold within the UK only.
As for the non-payers, everybody should report them. I open the case against any of them (after reasonable attempts at polite communication of course) then block them from bidding on anything else I ever sell. You lose out on fees too if you don't open a case because when a buyer gets a mark against their account for not paying, you get your final value fees refunded too.
