Just got my issue, impressed with it, lots in there and like the new look of some of the articles, specially the condensed Bargain Hunt !

Nice Ultimate article, new double cover for Gauntlet, good in depth Gauntlet article, C16 retrospection, like the user review as well.

Bit shocked by the word near the top of page 44 ;)
BOOK 6 is NOW OUT - 1994-200x ! 270 pages, 200+ reviews ! Available here.

Another great issue, a different look and feel in places as well.
I too was a bit shocked to see the word on the top of page 44 and had to double check what I had just seen..

My favorite page though is 107 :D

Love the double cover thing, the C16 piece is long overdue and I must say that the Perfect 10 is almost that - Perfect! Of course page 107 is excellent (that guy really knows his stuff ;) ) and apart from Castelvania that I have never really got into this is shaping up to be one of my fave issues ever.

I'm pleased to see the Ultimate C64 games getting an article all to themselves. Too often they're just a footnote in an article about the more famous Sabreman games. I'm liking the reduced Bargain Hunt/Collector's Corner section as well. :)

I prefer the inner cover to the outer one from a design point of view (mainly for the characters standing on top of 'er'), but the outer one isn't too shoddy itself and obviously more appropriate for RG.

I've only flicked through and haven't read anything so far, but the minor changes I noticed look to be vast improvements. The assimilation of a smaller Bargain Hunt with (a more disappointingly smaller) Collector's Corner is likely to be greeted similarly to the end of the recession.

Now, as some of us foreigners stills haven't got our issues, and probably wont for be getting them for another week, would any of you fine gentlemen care to scan the cover(s)?

That'd be lovely. And quite nice too.

:)

These look absolutely fantastic. Especially the top-down in-game Gauntlet one. Excellent, excellent.

Oh, and thank you so much dear damoxuk!
