Love the cover and the 'Elite' version of the RG logo etc. Excellent stuff. Really captures that black and white monochrome look obviously, very good.

Really hoping it arrives in the next day or so !

Cant wait to read the Elite article

Is that cover a mock up because it just looks wrong?
Surely you can find better things to waste your money on than a collection based on the worlds most over rated game?

Is the word Elite from an actual computer version, eg the old skool 3d effect, is that actually from say the Acorn or BBC version or is that something the graphics artist created ?

Great cover though, hopefully it'll get some new readers as there should be a lot of people in Smiths who remember that game and then want to pick up the mag.

Edit - Wahey and if by magic it arrives this morning ! Time to have a quick scan

Elite article looks great, glad the old Elite advert is in there where theres a granny and shes dangerous kinda thing.

Must admit never played Ristar before on the Megadrive, have to give that a go.

Great Atari 800 look back. Interesting top 25 racers, stilll find it weird when theres games from 2000 in there but i suppose its retro. Great to see the Rubber Beermat get a feature

Really like the preview for next months issue !!!!!!!

The Cover is excellent.

Only had time to flick through - but looks pretty good.

Stopped and read the Fruit Machines article though - and that was really jolly good!

Will read more later..................

I want to like the cover, just don't know if I can. It is a good idea though. :?

Yep, another vote of confidence for the vector cover. Not sure I'd have put the bitmap Elite logo on there at that size, but I'll wait to see the genuine article as I guess it'll look better in the flesh.

Love the layout for the Berzerk piece.. very evocative of a video arcade circa 1982 :)

Havn't had a chance to read any of it yet..

Have made my feelings towards elite pretty clear!
Had a quick flick through the mag - would appear to me that there are not many articles which are of much interest to me this month - not that I have a problem with that, just personal taste.

Will have a proper read tonight.

PS - Really pleased to see the platform against the screenshots!!!!
