Samurai Warrior

Game Profile:

To be honest, I didn't like the game that much because the controls didnt respond very well. I did like the original aspects of this game tho - choppin' the other samurai's head with one blow, multiple paths, the rabbit's facial expressions and nice music. At the end you fight with multiple purple staff-warriors, and when you win you get to stare at th sunset, nice!! I am a fan of Stan Sakai's work. Don't forget to take a look at Usaji Yojimbo Comics.

Big fan of the Usagi comic, for once a license actually does the source material a wealth of justice.

Really enjoyed this game, and the addition of the 'Samurai Code' mechanic made an interesting and appealing change from most hack-em-slash-em scrolling beatemups at the time. Lovely comic-like graphics too.
