Dear reader, we presume you love Ikaruga like we do. Because you should – there really is no question about it. But if you’re the kind of person who enjoys having modern technology around, you might not have a Dreamcast, Gamecube or even an Xbox 360 in the living room. This is a problem, because you won’t be able to play Ikaruga! (You, sir, with the NAOMI cabinet in your living room? Sit down. We’re too jealous to acknowledge you.)
If that sounds like you, it’s time to rejoice because Ikaruga is coming to Steam on Tuesday 18th February. Achievements are carried over, replay data is available to download from the leaderboards and the prototype mode is open from the start. Does this sound good to you? If so, bear in mind that no price has been revealed yet – but then, we can’t imagine you’ll let such silly things get in the way.
