Tetris European Championship Set For March 13-14

tetrisIf you’ve ever fancied yourself a bit of a Tetris master, the event for you is taking place just three weeks away in Albertslund, Denmark! The Tetris European Championship will take place across two days and feature competition over four versions of the game – the Game Boy release, the Nintendo NES version, the SNES version from the Tetris & Dr Mario compilation cartridge, and Arika’s arcade release Tetris The Absolute The Grand Master 2 Plus. As well as competitive Tetris, a variety of games and pinball machines will be on offer as the event takes place in the Mönt Arcade, as well as music, movies and more. The event culminates in the Saturday finals, complete with DJs and a stage.

The event takes place on Friday 13th – Saturday 14th March 2015, and entry costs 100 Danish Krone. For more details, please see the official website at tetriseuropeanchampionship.com.
