I’m the editor of Retro Gamer magazine. I have a love of retro, with a particular interest in the shoot-’em-up genre. I’m a massive fan of Sega and Nintendo, love the Mega Drive and Sega Saturn and one day hope to have Capcom’s Strider on the cover of the magazine.
My collection
Here’s my awesome collection of games. As you can see I have a little bit of eveything. One side of my office has PS2, Xbox, SNES and Master System games. The other side features Wii, GameCube, Mega Drive and Game Boy Advance games. I have older 8-bit cassettes and PSP games packed away due to space issues.
My favourite game
The best game in my collection isn’t the most expensive one I have, but it is one I find myself constantly returning to. It’s Strider on the Sega Mega Drive. It’s not the best home conversion, but I love playing it and typically sit through it at least once a week.
