As I look at these Amsoft games I realise that they produced a lot of good games, and this is another one of them.

In 3D Stunt Rider you take on the role of Evil Knievel as you try to jump as many double decker buses as you can.  This isn't as easy as it sounds(!) and there are several elements to the game.  The first part is the approach, shown as a 3D first person view as you zoom down the chute towards the ramp.  You have to build up to maximum speed, lean forward on the bike and make sure you hit the centre of the ramp.  Nasty cross winds will take you off course if you are not careful.

If your take off is successful, the view changes to side on, and you have to lean forwards and backwards on the bike through the air to get maximum distance and elevation.

Lastly, if you have made it this far and cleared the buses, you have the landing to contend with.  You have to get just the right speed and angle otherwise they will be scraping you off the pavement.

Good graphics and sound and good game play, though jumping buses won't keep you entertained forever.  Another of Amsofts gems that you must try.
