A vertical scrolling shooter from English Software which has some similarities to Caverns of Mars. The game manual provides no back story whatsoever but dares you to get to the final level.
This is a notoriously difficult game to play, with very little margin for error as you descend through the cavernous complex. This wouldn’t be half as difficult if your ship wasn’t absolutely HUGE in comparison with everything else in the game. The gun turrets to the left and right of your descent shoot rapidly and randomly meaning you have next to no chance in avoiding being hit if you’re out of luck.

Jedi like reflexes are needed within the first minute of the games as you navigate ridiculously small gaps while being shot at from 14 different enemies! You can vary your rate of descent but the game moves so quickly it usually makes little difference. Also you can fire a weapon from both sides of your ship bit not from the middle meaning you can easily miss blocks placed right underneath you.

Before reviewing this game I had 20 attempts, the longest I lasted on the games was 1 minute and 50 seconds. I dare anyone to beat that. I double-dare you!
