This game simply blew me away back in 1994. I had recently played Elite on the Archimedes and was very impressed with its 3d graphics and colours. However this simply blew it away. You play as a pilot working for the TV company Fednet. Your job is to destroy the facilities of a rival company Trash TV whilst all the time being filmed. This led to some hilarious instant replay moments especialy when your flying skills were amazing and you crashed.
You could upgrade your ship with various engines, lasers, missiles, shields etc making it quite tactical whilst in combat you could order wingmen to defend buildings, ships etc. Whilst the original wasn't as good as the eventual 3DO port it holds a special place in my heart. Especially spending hours with my brother trying to crash in the most spectacular way for instant replay.
