Originally named Wu Tang: Shaolin Style, when released in PAL format the game adapted the cool sounding 'Taste the Pain' title. Borrowing the same game engine as the legendary 3D fighting game Thrill Kill, Taste the Pain is a fighting game in which 4 players can fight at once on the same screen.

For those of you that haven't heard of the Wu Tang they are a rap group consisting of around 10 american gangster rappers. Several of which feature in the game. Leader of the Wu Tang Clan & main character in the game "RZA" is a fan favourite. Weilding dual swords he's definately the best character to learn the game with. One of the games best features is the fatality kills. Depending on which attack button you use to finish your opponent off, your character will perform 1 of his 5 fatality moves. Some are quite funny but most are just all out brutal.

Realeased especially for this game was a laughable playstation controller in the shape of the official Wu Tang logo (shaped like a "W")  It doesn't make the game easier to play but sure looks the part. Also the disc doubles as an audio cd so throw it in your cd player if your a fan.
